您的系统上似乎没有安装正确的本机。

在运行syncdb -

之前尝试键入以下内容

export LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8
export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8

（或者你当地人应该做的任何事情）。

或者将行添加到~/.bash_profile
