如果这是真的，你应该做一个OUTER JOIN而不是LEFT JOIN来产生综合列表，如下所示：

    ORDER BY categories.cat_id, forums.forum_id

请注意，ON子句已经消失。这意味着您将每个论坛行都加入到每个类别行。
