问题的根源是v8 / therubyracer / libv8的错误/旧/不存在安装

某些版本的libv8 gem直接无法安装，而那些版本 - 它们花了几个小时，所以我认为它们正在挂起/崩溃（我正在使用上网本，因此可以预期）

目前，以下配置对我有用：

gem "libv8", "3.11.8.13"
gem "therubyracer", :require => 'v8'
gem "less-rails"
gem "twitter-bootstrap-rails"

在开发和生产（heroku）

在与此相关的rubyracer或libv8上有一个github问题，它提到了x86 / 32bit处理器的问题 - 我不记得了。
