并行make在Windows 7上不起作用

Question

我的构建环境完全适用于Windows XP。

但是当我在Windows 7（x64）PC上移动所有内容时。

  

make -j4

给出了一条消息：

make: Do not specify -j or –jobs if sh.exe is not available.
make: Resetting make for single job mode

使用SHELL = CMD.EXE（也是cmd.exe）根本没用。为什么呢？
