如上图所示，我希望在白色listView的底部和顶部有一个小边框。问题是，因为我将tableRow设置为android：paddingBottom =“20dp”，边框永远不会显示在底部。看起来，如果listviews高度足够大，那么它之后就不会显示任何其他内容（请参阅下面的代码示例以了解）。

我已经测试了一些不同的方法来解决这个问题，一个是在下一个TableRow（边框tableRow）中设置paddingBottom属性，但是只有当listView的高度与屏幕高度完全相同而且不是很大时它才会起作用。
