只是为了确认删除服务总线nuget包修复了问题。恢复它会导致问题再次发生。我不知道这是否重要，但作为NuGet包的一部分添加的Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Configuration dll似乎具有不一致的版本号。虽然路径表明版本应该是1.7.0.2：

通过回滚到1.7.0.1或1.7.0.0临时修复，然后在1.7.0.3中永久修复

有同样的问题。我将Microsoft.WindowsAzure.ConfigurationManager恢复为NuGet版本1.7.0.1。现在它工作正常。
