AWS RDC - Sql 开发人员，无法连接

我已经在 RDS 中创建了一个 oracle 数据库实例。连接已成功创建。我试图通过 SQL 开发人员进行连接，但似乎无法连接。

得到的错误是：io error the network adapter could not build the connection。

用户名、密码和oracle实例名正确。此外，主机名也是正确的。请找到随附的屏幕截图。
