new com.boarding.boardinghistory.resource.EmpBoardingHistory**(...

这是JPQL的构造。但是您也将其标记为nativeQuery = true，这意味着它被解释为SQL，而SQL没有这样的构造。使用构造函数表达式或将其标记为本地查询，而不要同时使用两者。
