Azure Devops Server无法连接到代理后面的服务挂钩

我们在配置Azure Devops Server到外部发布到Service Hook时遇到了麻烦。我们尝试过的：

• 在服务帐户上设置代理服务器
• 重试，重新申请的帐户
• 重新启动iis
• 设置HTTP_PROXY和HTTPS_PROXY环境vars

仍然得到

There was an error sending the request, so there was no response.  
Error(s):
    An error occurred while sending the request.
    Unable to connect to the remote server
    A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 143.204.245.159:443

Be sure there are no firewall rules blocking requests going out to the endpoint selected.

还有其他配置代理的方法吗？

我有同样的问题。这些设置在我的环境中有效。

本地组策略>计算机配置>管理模板> Windows组件> Internet Explorer>对每台计算机进行代理设置
我选择了“启用”

我以管理员身份启动Internet Explorer并更改了代理设置。
