在.NET 4中,添加的方法几乎可以满足您的需求:Enum.HasFlag

不幸的是,如果实际的枚举类型不同,则抛出此方法。它的实现非常简单,无需枚举类型检查即可复制,或者如果您使用的是旧版本的框架:
