此问题显然是因为我的Windows 10特定内部版本很旧，并且确实不受支持。

我无法100％确认这一点，因为在此PC上多次运行the Windows 10 Updater失败了（所以我放弃尝试了），但是有几项关键提示表明是这种情况：

好，我解决了这个问题，从较低版本开始，然后逐步更新到较新版本。您可以从here下载最新和以前的版本。

因此，就我而言，我必须先安装.NET Framework 4.5.2，然后再安装后者，依此类推。

OS：Windows 8（ 不是8.1 | PS：我讨厌Windows更新）
