您的项目可能是目标.Net 3.5，它没有此DLL。您可以在项目属性中更新框架版本。

如果上述方法不能解决您的问题，或者您不想更改框架版本，则可以将引用System.Xaml手动添加到您的项目中：

转到参考-> 添加参考... ，然后单击浏览。。

添加文件，该文件位于（Windows 10）：C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL\System.Xaml\v4.0_4.0.0.0__b77a5c561934e089\System.Xaml.dll
