如果您不想安装composer，请使用此代码使php mailer正常工作。它正在我的项目中工作。您也可以删除不需要的代码部分，例如附件。如果您想隐藏调试代码错误，而通知则删除或注释这一行$mail->SMTPDebug = 2;
