FORMAT is one of rc, res, or coff, and is deduced from the file name

试试这个：在cmake中取消选中ENABLE_PRECOMPILED_HEADERS

向CMake添加新条目
命名条目：ENABLE_PRECOMPILED_HEADERS和OPENCV_ALLOCATOR_STATS_COUNTER_TYPE
配置并生成Value(String): int64_t
转到构建目录并执行MAKEFILE或make install

如果要获取有关编译日志的更多信息，可以运行mingw32-make install
