我发现问题是Tomcat 8（v8.0.38）。我切换到Tomcat 7并修改了我的Pom.xml。我还修改了我的facelets版本（faces-config.xml中的2.2到2.1）和3.1到2.5的部署描述符版本。最后，我还将Java版本从1.8更改为1.7 - 尽管webapp是基于java 1.6编译的。下面是新Pom.xml的示例。它可能仍然有错误，因为我已经尝试了很多我在网上找到的建议，但它确实有效：
