Apache运行代码的用户不太可能在/root目录下看到任何内容。通常只有root才能看到该目录。将您的应用程序Python虚拟环境放在其他地方。

建议使用mod_wsgi设置Python虚拟环境的方法。如文档所示使用python-home，而不是python-path。
