肯定是访问snakelist[-1][0], snakelist[-1][1]时出错。检查你的逻辑:

if len (snakeList) > snakeLength:
    del snakeList [0]

snakeLength == 0len(snakeList) == 1的情况吗?如果是,那么您将删除唯一的元素,导致snakeList为空。
