问题是您要将long值设置为应为Date的字段。将您的代码更改为：

query.setParameter("now", new Date());

在HQL查询中，您具有以下条件sr.timeToResolve > :now。由于timeToResolve在Timestamp中被声明为SupportRequest，因此Hibernate希望比较的另一面也是Date。
