此问题现已解决。我的python变量有一些问题，我已将其设置为其他目录。一旦设置了python变量，它就会在我的Visual Studio中抛出一些错误，说无法找到“stdio.h”。我不得不修复我的Visual Studio安装，因为我相信C ++ Core库存在一些问题。之后Oracledb成功安装。这样的解脱！
