VS 2013应用程序无法在VS 2010上运行

我已经在visual studio 2013上制作了一个应用程序，我想在我的windows xp系统上运行Visual Studio 2010和dotNet framework 4.0上的这个应用程序但是当我运行我的应用程序时，我收到一个错误：

To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of .Net Framework; .Net Framework, Version=v4.5

.Net Framework, Version=v4.5

也不支持windows xp
