我认为问题是您正在使用的Chef版本（10.14.2）与java食谱之间的不匹配。

在cookbook上java_ark资源提供程序的实现尝试在下载Oracle安装程序时使用Chef header资源的remote_file方法。问题是header方法只在Chef 11.6.0中的remote_file资源上实现（通过我阅读Github上的厨师源代码）。

解决方案是升级到最新版本的Chef，或使用与Chef 10.x一起使用的旧版java食谱。（后者可能是一个坏主意......除非你准备在相关属性中手动设置最新的Oracle下载URL和校验和......）
