我已经使用eclipse版Juno和Jdk 1.7配置了Maven链接http://m2eclipse.sonatype.org/sites/m2e。我尝试了net的所有可能的解决方案，但没有成功。

问题在于代理设置，因为我们在公司中使用代理网络Maven无法正确下载其插件，因此添加了带有代理设置的settings.xml文件，工作正常。

无法在Maven项目下使用jar包装构建maven模块......！
