我有一个非常类似的错误，但在ruby 1.9.3上。运行：

gem install debugger-linecache -v '1.1.2' -- --with-ruby-include=$rvm_path/src/ruby-1.9.3-p286/

bundle update debugger

因此安装了宝石版1.6.0
