我已经将EJB3 bean的api暴露为WebService，它将java的HashMap作为参数，但是当从hashMap获取WebService Bean中的值时，我得到了null值。

您没有发送键值对，因此您的Web方法无法读取所需的键“名称”。用这个替换你的SOAP主体：

此外，将输入参数的类型从HashMap更改为HashMap<String,String>。这应该可以解决问题。
