问题不是由Ninject引起的。它是罪魁祸首的NewRelic.Agent.Core.AgentShim（由AppHarbor使用）。

虽然查看堆栈跟踪，但我认为您可以通过禁用Ninject的自动扩展加载功能并手动加载来解决此问题。

我们暂时禁用了New Relic插件，并从AppHarbor服务器中删除了New Relic代理。一旦它不再对平台上运行的应用程序造成问题，我们将重新添加New Relic。
