您正在呼叫im.save()，它将图像保存到本地文件。您正在传递https://bucketname1.s3.eu-west-3.amazonaws.com/?encoding-type=url作为要保存到的文件路径。这是S3中对象的URL，而不是库可以将文件保存到的本地路径。因此出现错误是因为它无法弄清楚如何将文件保存到该位置。

由于接下来要做的是使用boto3将文件上传到S3，并且您似乎试图将图像保留在内存中而不是将其写入磁盘，所以我敢肯定您可以删除{{ 1}}行。如果确实需要调用im.save()，则必须在im.save()文件夹中为其指定路径，因为该路径是Lambda执行环境中唯一具有写访问权限的文件夹。
