和同一个服务器上的话务员

concourse worker --name {{name}} --team {{team}} --tag {{tag}} --work-dir /var/lib/Concourse --tsa-public-key /etc/concourse/tsa_st_key.pub  --tsa-worker-private-key /etc/concourse/worker_key
