最后使用jacob api并通过更改模板来解决此问题。问题在于Excel中定义的局部变量，我可以通过转到（Formulas-> Name Manager）并删除该变量来访问它。即使在删除变量后，我也无法使其与Apache POI一起使用，所以最终使用Jacob api。代码如下：
