要进行部署,我使用在Azure Web应用程序服务上托管的Docker镜像容器。我正在尝试将我的烧瓶应用程序连接到Azure SQL服务器。但是我无法安装正确的odbc驱动程序和pyodbc。

第二行if "owl" in x可能意味着以后的操作是对没有编译pyodbc所需的那些库的映像执行的。
